The secure connection can be set up whilst speaking over the phone allowing us to talk you through the short and simple process. Once access has been gained, work on your computer can be carried out with or without your presence. We often find customers appreciate being talked through the work as it is carried out. |
REMEMBER, Stay Vigilant
It is worth mentioning how important it is to stay vigilant when it comes to other people accessing your computer. Be aware, there are many sophisticated scamming techniques which aim to scare you into allowing scammers access to your computer. At Lawson Computer Repair, we will only ever access your computer during an arranged appointment.

On occasion, it's still the case that a site visit is required in order to fix your technical related problem. Usually, Steve carries out our site visits which are arranged at a time convenient for you.

Please keep in mind, if you need to cancel a site visit, we need at least 24 hours notice or a £45 charge will be incurred. We hope you understand, as a small business we cannot afford a wasted trip.

For an arranged monthly fee, a support package gives you the peace of mind that your technical issues will be taken care of by one of our team within an agreed time – usually the same working day.
